Compruébalos antes de comprar. Y si tienes cualquier duda, la versión Lite es gratis y sirve exactamente para salir de dudas.
El requisito que deja fuera a más gente: NekoStrip funciona sobre el sistema Extensions de Ableton Live, que hoy solo existe en Live 12 Suite y solo en su beta pública. No está en Live Standard, ni Intro, ni Lite, ni en las versiones estables de Live 12.
La comprobación de 10 segundos: abre Live → Preferencias → ¿ves una pestaña llamada Extensions? Si no está, NekoStrip todavía no puede funcionar en tu equipo.

Sobre macOS
NekoStrip está probado en Windows y en macOS, y funciona igual en los dos. El desarrollo del día a día se hace en Windows, así que es ahí donde se detecta antes cualquier cosa rara.
En cualquier caso, y estés donde estés: prueba primero la versión Lite, que es gratis — es la forma más rápida de comprobar que tu Live tiene Extensions y que todo arranca en tu equipo antes de pagar nada.
¿Y si no cumplo los requisitos?
Si tu Live no tiene la pestaña Extensions, no compres todavía. No hay ningún truco ni versión alternativa: hasta que Ableton no saque Extensions de la beta o lo lleve a más ediciones, NekoStrip no puede funcionar en tu equipo.
Lo que sí puedes hacer es dejarnos tu email para que te avisemos cuando eso cambie.

Check them before buying. And if anything is unclear, the Lite version is free and exists precisely to settle it.
The requirement that rules most people out: NekoStrip runs on Ableton Live's Extensions system, which today exists only in Live 12 Suite and only in its public beta. It is not in Live Standard, Intro or Lite, nor in the stable releases of Live 12.
The 10-second check: open Live → Preferences → do you see a tab called Extensions? If it isn't there, NekoStrip cannot run on your machine yet.

About macOS
NekoStrip is tested on both Windows and macOS, and works the same on either. Day-to-day development happens on Windows, so that's where anything odd tends to show up first.
Either way, whichever you're on: try the free Lite version first — it's the quickest way to confirm your Live has Extensions and that everything starts up on your machine before you pay anything.
What if I don't meet the requirements?
If your Live has no Extensions tab, don't buy yet. There is no workaround and no alternative build: until Ableton takes Extensions out of beta or brings it to more editions, NekoStrip cannot run on your machine.
