Este sitio web tiene por finalidad presentar, documentar y comercializar NekoStrip, una extensión para Ableton Live. El acceso al sitio es gratuito, salvo el coste de la conexión que te facture tu propio proveedor.

El software NekoStrip, su código, su interfaz, sus textos, su documentación, sus imágenes y el logotipo son propiedad del titular o cuenta con licencia para su uso, y están protegidos por la normativa de propiedad intelectual. No se autoriza su reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública ni transformación sin consentimiento expreso, más allá del uso que la Licencia de uso concede a quien compra el producto.

5. Marcas de terceros

Ableton y Live son marcas registradas de Ableton AG. NekoStrip no está afiliado, asociado, autorizado ni respaldado por Ableton AG, ni conectado oficialmente con Ableton AG de ninguna forma. Estas marcas se mencionan únicamente para describir la compatibilidad del producto, que es un uso descriptivo legítimo.

6. Responsabilidad sobre los contenidos

El titular procura que la información de este sitio sea exacta y esté actualizada, pero no puede garantizar que esté libre de errores. En particular, los requisitos de Ableton Live y el estado del sistema Extensions los fija Ableton AG y pueden cambiar sin previo aviso; consulta siempre la página de requisitos antes de comprar.

The NekoStrip software, its code, interface, texts, documentation, images and logo are the owner's property or are licensed for use, and are protected by intellectual property law. The owner endeavours to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee it is free of errors. In particular, Ableton Live's requirements and the status of the Extensions system are set by Ableton AG and may change without notice; always check the requirements page before buying.
